  Rang up and promptly i had their guy contact me to organise a time to inspect my shower. Was told he was coming from the Silverwater shop.Confirmed for the following morning and never turned up. Rang him and he said he forgot. Ok so re-scheduled for next day. He turned up on time and spent 5-7 mins looking at job and then said that he would have the quote to me by this afternoon. Never received it. Followed up trying to get one but he didn't respond. After 3 more days went with a local guy who was great. Very disappointed in O'Brien as i have used them before for my car and was very happy. Won't ever be going back now!
